With a Masters Degree in Economics from Mannheim University Christian started his career in FMCG Marketing at Unilever and later at Kellogg’s where he was Marketing Director for the GSA region. He proceeded to found and build a boutique Sustainability Consultancy, brands & values. Since 2015 his focus is on business and culture transformation in organizations. As the author of „Magnetische Unternehmenskultur“ he supports organisations to effectively solve the challenge of „Fachkräftemangel“ with his „Engagement Booster Approach“, helping his clients to reduce turnover, to measurably increase employer attractiveness and drive productivity.

He is a convinced that this approach is highly applicable across industries and particularly relevant to the health care sector.
