Dr. Roxana Mittler-Matica is a board-certified neurosurgeon with an engineering background and a distinctly European perspective: born in Romania, trained in Belgium, Germany, and France. Her professional focus lies at the intersection of medicine, technology, and systemic transformation—with a particular interest in preventive, personalized, and data-driven healthcare models.

Her work on digital care pathways, neurosurgery, and future models of preventive healthcare is recognized both within expert circles and on international stages—including TEDx Cluj, the Luscii Connected Care Summit in Amsterdam, and the Big Bang AI Festival in Berlin.
She remains actively involved in neurosurgical patient care at the Spine Center Fulda Main-Kinzig and also provides private consultations in the fields of longevity and integrative preventive medicine.
As a mother of three, she is also committed to promoting visibility and structural support for women and mothers in medicine—especially at the nexus of clinical practice, innovation, and career development.
