Profile

Mina Luetkens is Managing Partner of Patients4Digital (P4D), a non-profit organization that advocates for the empowerment of citizens and patients in the digital health market.

Her focus areas are bridging the areas of technology and system/culture.

During her studies of architecture and physics at the TU-Berlin she received a scholarship of the Studienstiftung des Deutschen Volkes for her outstanding achievements and her civic engagement. She is Almuni of the Femtec career program and network and used her DAAD scholarship to explore philosophy and literary studies. She also holds an additional qualification as Market Access Manager from the EBS University of Economics and Law (Oestrich-Winkel).

After graduating in biophysical chemistry, she spent almost 13 years in pharmaceutical and medtech industry at various positions of increasing responsibility.

Motivated by her experiences living with a chronic trigeminal autonomic cephalalgia (cluster headache), she started to advocate for Health Equity and Inclusion, several years ago.

In early 2022, she decided to focus her efforts on advocating for democratization and a transformation of the health care market towards a human-centered healthcare system.

Together with Sophie Christin Ernst, she founded Patients4Digital as a non-profit limited.
