Profile

Philip Wittlinger has completed his academic education at Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg and Tongji University in Shanghai, a graduate in business administration (Diplom-Kaufmann univ.), and brings over a decade of leadership experience in the healthcare sector, with a strong focus on operational management and the strategic development of medical care centers under private equity ownership.

He currently serves as Business Development Manager and Inhouse Consultant at LifeLink Medical GmbH, after previously holding the role of Director of Operations within the same company. Prior to that, he served as Managing Director of a leading fertility and gynaecology group in the Rhine-Main region and as Chief Operating Officer for Baden-Wurttemberg and Saxony at Quartz Healthcare in southern Germany.

Philip began his career at Curagita AG, the parent company of the Conradia Group, where he worked in various consulting roles for nearly a decade – most recently as Senior Consultant. In this capacity, he supported numerous radiology centers in their economic and structural development, focusing on workforce planning, process optimization, and M&A advisory.

In addition to his work in healthcare, he is co-founder and shareholder of a real estate company dedicated to socially responsible housing development. He has authored several publications on economic and organizational aspects of medical technology and reproductive medicine.

Philip Wittlinger is a member of THE HEALTH CAPTAINS CLUB and other professional associations in the healthcare and business sectors. He is committed to interdisciplinary collaboration, sustainable care structures, and building a financially viable future for healthcare systems across Europe.

Philip is since 2025 a Member of the Board of Ambassadors of THE HEALTH CAPTAINS CLUB.
