Tim Bogdan

Tim Bogdan is an accomplished entrepreneur and venture development expert with over a decade of experience at the intersection of digital innovation, healthcare, and sustainability. He is the Co-Founder and CEO of Pflegital GmbH(“MehrPflegegeld.de”), a Berlin-based healthtech startup simplifying access to elderly care benefits. Under his leadership, the company grew to serve over 500 users and formed partnerships with 20+ care service providers, earning media recognition and securing a Reaktor.Berlin scholarship.

Prior to this, Tim held key roles at FoundersLane, a corporate venture builder, where he led health-focused startup creation and development initiatives. Notably, he co-led alley, a Gothaer-backed digital health venture, where he served as Co-CPO and product lead, overseeing its growth into a certified medical platform collaborating with clinics like Charité Berlin.

His entrepreneurial track record also includes Frescue, a B2B food sustainability startup, and prior consulting experience at PwC, where he led digital innovation projects and supported executive strategy for PwC Europe’s CIO. He started his career with internships at leading corporates including Daimler and Deutsche Telekom.

Tim holds a Master’s degree in International Management from Rotterdam School of Management (CEMS program) and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Groningen, with multiple international study experiences in China, Ireland, and the Netherlands. His academic and professional journey reflects a strong focus on digital transformation, healthcare innovation, and impact-driven entrepreneurship.
