Timo Spring is a systems thinker and deeptech founder focused on building foundational infrastructure for the AI era. With a background that spans performance optimization, health technology, and capital allocation, his work today converges in the creation of MIMMS—a next-generation operating system for regulated industries such as healthcare, defense, and public infrastructure.
MIMMS (Multi-Dimensional Information & Model Management System) transforms how enterprises operate by turning human expertise, machines, and institutional processes into programmable digital twins. Unlike conventional automation platforms, MIMMS embeds sovereignty, compliance, and auditability into its core. It orchestrates expert workflows end-to-end, not just for productivity gains, but to ensure that decisions are transparent, repeatable, and ethically grounded in highly sensitive environments. Prior to Alma and MIMMS, Timo founded Prevess, where he led the development of an AI-driven health API rooted in nutrigenomics and personalized prevention. Over the course of a decade, he delivered more than 300 health protocols for executives, athletes, and early adopters of precision health. He advised sports organizations like Bundesliga club 1. FSV Mainz 05 and built education programs for C-levels on aging and longevity science. His work with Prevess established a methodology for translating cutting-edge biomedical research into accessible, real-world applications.
Earlier in his career, Timo served as COO of a German family office with €50M assets under management, overseeing a diversified portfolio that included real estate, venture capital, and collectibles. This experience sharpened his view on capital efficiency, long-term value creation, and the importance of building for resilience—not just growth.
With a multidisciplinary foundation in engineering, business, and health science, and a track record of execution across both operational and scientific domains, Timo brings a unique perspective to the future of enterprise AI: one rooted in precision, sovereignty, and deeply human design.
