THE HEALTH CAPTAINS CLUB Program Committees
Drive Action Beyond Conferences
Aligning Chapter Leadership to Accelerate the Transition towards Lifecare
The THCC Program Committees act under the Leadership of THE HEALTH CAPTAINS CLUB and in synchronization with the Chairs of the THCC Chapter-System to integrate their Chapter-Input into the Committees to create a Working Continuum beyond Conference Systems. Every THCC Program Committee starts with a CORE-Team of 5 towards a full Program Committee of 15. Additionally the THCC Program Committees synchronize with the THCC Board of Experts and the Faculties of THE HEALTH CAPTAINS COLLEGE and THE HEALTH CAPTAINS INSTITUTE to integrate their Knowledge, their Networks and their Input into every Panel.

FROM ISLAND-CENTERED TOWARDS WORLD-CENTERED
#IHS2027
THE HEALTH CAPTAINS ISLANDS HEALTHSPAN SUMMIT FÖHR–AMRUM–SYLT (#IHS) is the first Healthspan Conference of its kind combining an island-centered leadership environment with a global healthy longevity mindset.
The summit is designed as an international synchronization platform connecting leading HEALTHSPAN MEDICINE, HEALTHY LONGEVITY and BIOLOGICAL AGING ecosystems worldwide. The mission is to accelerate scalable solutions for sustainable Healthy Longevity Medicine and to stop re-inventing the wheel again and again.
Powered by THE HEALTH CAPTAINS INSTITUTE, the summit acts as a strategic starting point for the HEALTH CAPTAINS HEALTHSPAN EXPANSION ALLIANCE connecting international Healthy Longevity Hubs, Science Platforms, Entrepreneurs, Investors, Foundations, Medical Leaders and Community Ecosystems.
The long-term objective is to synchronize scalable HEALTHSPAN and HEALTHY LONGEVITY ecosystems between metropolitan regions, academic centers and islands in order to help close the global gap between HEALTHSPAN and LIFESPAN for everybody.
Today the average global SICKSPAN is approximately ten years across Europe, North and South America, the Middle East, Asia and Africa. Biological aging remains one of the major risk factors for chronic disease, frailty and premature death.
The HEALTH CAPTAINS ISLANDS HEALTHSPAN SUMMIT therefore supports the transformation from “Sickcare” towards “Lifecare” through:
- Sustainable Value-Based Healthcare
- Healthy Longevity Medicine for All
- Prevention & Early Diagnostics
- Biological Aging Science
- Precision & Lifestyle Medicine
- Community-Based Longevity Ecosystems
- One Health Lifecare Strategies
THE ISLAND PERSPECTIVE
- FÖHR ISLAND — Leadership
