The Faculty of THE HEALTH CAPTAINS COLLEGE (THCC) is a curated brain trust of up to 50 transdisciplinary leaders, selected in alignment with the Social Brain Hypothesis and the Dunbar Number “50” to foster deep collaboration and effective leadership development.
As the intellectual core of THCC, the Faculty enables structured knowledge transfer and system leadership across five specialized academies: Lifecare, Governance, Leadership, Mentorship, and Entrepreneurship. Its members—experts from medicine, public health, policy, ethics, digital transformation, and innovation—are committed to transforming healthcare from reactive Sickcare to proactive Lifecare.
Key roles include:
Redesigning systems for lifelong health and prevention (Lifecare Academy)
Shaping ethical governance and digital health frameworks (Governance Academy)
Training 360° leaders through neuroleadership and peer-based learning (Leadership Academy)
Empowering next-gen talent through structured mentoring (Mentorship Academy)
Driving innovation via venture creation and healthtech ecosystems (Entrepreneurship Academy)
