To scale success stories, solutions, innovations and new technologies towards sustainable Medicine and Health for the Transformation form “Sick-Care” towards “Life-Care” we connect >5 x towards > 50 x two international Metropolregions as one Twin-Chapter @ THE HEALTH CAPTAINS CLUB (THCC) – the THCC-Twin-Chapter is started by a CORE-Team of max. 5 Members followed by a THINK TANK of max. 15 and a BRAINPOOL of max. 50 Members. The CORE of 5 is building the Chapter Strategy, Actionplans, White Papers, Policy Papers and other Publications. Twin-Chapters can expand towards Triplet-Chapters. The Chapter THINK-TANK and BRAINPOOL gives additional Input and Support building the Ecosystem of max. 2 x 150 HEALTH CAPTAINS together.

The CORE of 5 is in the lead to get supported by a Chapter Think-Tank (max. 15 Members) and a Chapter Brainpool (max. 50 Members). Following the Neuroleadership-Experience every Twin-Chapter consists of max. 150 Members to maintain sustainable relationships and to orchestrate Tipping-Points for success towards Health 4.0 and One Health.

Every Twin-Town of each Twin-Chapter organizes HEALTHApéros with Keynotes to exchange Success Stories and Solutions in Person and every Twin-Town can have max. 150 Members of Diversity to respect the Neuroleadership-System for sustainable Synapting created by THE HEALTH CAPTAINS CLUB (Dunbar Number 150, Tipping Point Number 150 and the Medici Effect).

All Twin-Chapters meet for their yearly action plan and program planing on February 21th in person or online by coming together for THE HEALTH CAPTAINS CLUB New Year Reception. The THCC NYR is adopted to the yearly Founders Forum on Föhr Island during the hundreds of years old Tradition of the Biikefire always on February 21th with the focus on 360º Sustainability and the Convergence of Healthy Longevity, Blue Zone Community Care and One Health Life Care towards sustainable Medicine and Health. Once a month all CORE-Team`s meets for 60 to max. 90min online to synchronize results and next-steps. Also the Chapter-CORE´s as also Chapter independent CORE´s are acting as active program commissions for

• THE HEALTH CAPTAINS CLUB HEIDELBERG FORUM (The European Perspective) and the since 20 years traditional yearly
• ISLAND FORUM FÖHR-AMRUM-SYLT (The “360º” Perspective on Next Generation Life Care for “360º” Next Generation Leadership) @ THE HEALTH CAPTAINS CLUB and the
• BLANQUET-FORUM on Föhr-Island with the Sustainability Day February 20th and the Convergence Day February 22th for Healthy Longevity, Blue Zone Community Care and One Health Life Care.

Based on the Neuroleadership-Experience and to achieve sustainability of the outcomes all Club Forums are limited to max. 150 Participants. Once a quarter three CORE´s are running a THINK-TANK or BRAINPOOL (consist of three Chapter Think-Tanks) together to share results and to synchronize their action plans to exchange and scale success stories.

WHAT`S NEXT? THE NEXT GENERATION UPDATING THE HIPPOCRATIC OATH ON KOS ISLAND

In the long term we are planing for our Board of Young Leaders and Young Talents together with our THCC Students- & Young Professionl-Chapters another yearly Forum on the Greek Island Kos to take action to built a new yearly updated Hippocartic Oath towards sustainable Medicine and Health for the Convergence of Healthy Longevity, Blue Zone Community Care and One Health Life Care and to develop an international value-based One Health Life Care Ecosystem Strategy for Europe and beyond. The Medical School of Hippocrates of Kos was started about 2.500 Years ago. This is the right historic place to think and act for One Health and Health 4.0 together. We try to partner with the International Hippocratic Foundation on Kos Island. Your Input and Support is of high Value and very much welcome.

In 2020 we started our first Twin-Chapter: Berlin – New York to start with TRANSATLANTIC BRIDGING first.
